Palestinian embroidery, or tatreez, is a centuries-old art form preserved and orally transmitted to the next generation. The Tatreez Institute is an educational arts initiative focused on the preservation, documentation and research of Palestinian, Syrian and Jordanian embroidery and dressmaking traditions.
